Talkerlink app — Terms of Service

1. Welcome
These Terms govern your use of Talkerlink. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to use Talkerlink.
- You must provide honest profile information.
- You must not be banned or previously removed from the app.
3. Community Guidelines — be lekker, not creepy
- No harassment, hate speech, or unwanted explicit content.
- No nudity in profile photos.
- No scams, solicitation, or fraud.
- No spam, bots, or automated accounts.
- No promoting other dating apps or services.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are billed in ZAR and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; refunds follow the rules of the app store you purchased through.
6. Verification
Verification is optional and uses a selfie check to confirm you look like your profile photos. It does not confirm identity documents.
7. Content and licence
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, but you grant Talkerlink a licence to display them within the app to other users.
8. Reporting and moderation
We review reports and may warn, suspend, or ban accounts that break these Terms. If you think a decision was wrong, appeal by contacting support@talkerlink.co.za.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete your account. Deleted accounts enter a 90-day grace period before data is permanently removed.
10. Liability
Talkerlink is provided "as is". We are not liable for the conduct of other users, on or off the app.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
